Does the property have ceiling and underfloor insulation meeting current Healthy Homes standards?
Are there extractor fans in the kitchen and bathroom, and do all habitable rooms have openable windows?
If there is an enclosed subfloor, is there a ground moisture barrier, and does the property have adequate drainage and guttering?
Are gaps and holes that cause noticeable draughts (e.g. around windows, doors, unused fireplaces) blocked or sealed?
