Maintenance Requests
All maintenance requests need to be submitted in writing, either via email or using the form below.
If your maintenace issue is URGENT, please call 021 051 3020, even if it is after-hours, and then submit a formal request in writing (if applicable).
Examples of URGENT issues are
- No water (please first contact Watercare)
- No power (please first contact your power company)
- Sewage – blocked drains / overflowing sewage (please first contact Watercare)
- Blocked toilet (if there is no other toilet in the house)
- Serious water / gas leak
- Alarm constantly ringing
